Beginning in 2000, Brandy O’Reilly-Matthes began her employment with Daren Jorgenson and the Jorgenson Group of Companies. Brandy has been involved in many different roles and has undertaken many responsibilities since joining the team.

In the beginning, Brandy’s primary role was the operations of Canadameds. As Director of Operations, Brandy worked as a liaison between all levels of management and was responsible for many operation items including: the creation of internal policies and procedures, establishing logical work flows, creating operation goals and working with the teams to ensure these goals were met in a timely fashion.

After the purchase of Vault Salon & Spa, Brandy stepped into the role of Vice President. Based on her previous experience within the company and her background as a licensed hair stylist she was a natural fit for this new position. This role encompasses all aspects of salon and spa management including: marketing, accounting, human resources and operations.

Brandy's passion is her profession, but her true love is her family including her husband and two children, Gage (8) and Emerson (2).

As new initiatives evolve, Brandy’s role will grow to include the development of the Beauty and Wellness division in Winnipeg and managing projects across the globe as part of building the International brand of Vault.
