Dennis Meeches

Dennis Meeches is from the Long Plain First Nation and served on the council for 16 years, 10 years as the Chief. During his tenure as Chief the LPFN made great strides in the areas of governance, accountability and economic development. The LPFN received national, provincial and local economic awards under his stewardship and he is recognized as a trusted statesman for First Nation people.

We are very pleased that Dennis has joined (May 2009) the Jorgenson Group of Companies and will work under the Four Rivers Medical Clinic banner. Dennis brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge of First Nation life and he understands the challenges that First Nation people face on a daily basis with their health and holistic needs.

Dennis’ primary function will be to work in partnership with interested First Nation governments and organizations to improve the health and well being of First Nation people.
