As the Director of Human Resources, Tracy has developed and manages an innovative and successful Human Resource infrastructure to support our diverse and expanding group of North American companies.

With the fundamental belief that a company's people are its biggest asset, Tracy works with all levels of management to ensure that Human Resource needs are met. Tracy's duties include: maintaining organizational effectiveness, promoting work place best practices, recruiting and retaining top employee talent, overseeing a comprehensive compensation and benefits program as well as coordinating a progressive employment development, training and career pathing program.

Tracy is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba, the Manitoba Quality Network and the Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce.
