Total Care Pharmacy, which is a major component of our healthcare network, recently became accredited by the Internet Mailorder Pharmacy Accreditation Commission ("IMPAC") as being in full compliance with the 89 international quality and safety standards for mailorder pharmacies. The IMPAC™ Standards focus on key factors including drug integrity, safety for the consumer, and protection of the consumer health information. There are eight (8) primary standards for Accreditation which includes: Quality Assurance, Pharmacy Management, Consumer Safety, Customer Satisfaction, Health Information Technology, Content, Shipping and Handling, and Customer Call Center. Total Care Pharmacy has also been successful in securing agreements with many different States and Cities, and ultimately has always been one of the pharmacies that large groups in the United States have chosen to deal with on each and every occasion. In fact, in some cases Total Care Pharmacy was the only pharmacy with which cities such as Boston chose to be associated with and has been identified as the very best vendor available from among seven other bidders (mail order pharmacies) to service cities such as San Francisco and Boston and states such as Minnesota, Illinois and Wisconsin.
Our group of pharmacies has recently established partnerships with licensed pharmacies in the U.K., Israel, Australia, Chile, U.S., New Zealand and the European Union (EU). Our foreign relations are created with licensed pharmacies that have similar standards of regulatory pharmacy practices as those in the U.S. and Canada.
